T.W. Willcox jewellers is based in Alnwick, Northumberland and has been established well over 100 years and so prides itself on providing personal, firendly and above all professional service to every customer.
T.W. Willcox already had the most basic of websites and wanted an up to date and more friendly looking website. They also wanted to be able to showcase a few choice items of jewellery both new and second hand.
The thinking behind this is to provide customers with a few samples of the quality of goods on offer to them if they came to the store in person.
The new T.W. Willcox website has seen increased visiting numbers to the store and increased enquiries through the enquiry form and custom website email address, particularly for second hand and vintage pieces.
T.W. Willcox can also very easily add new items of jewellery to the website via a simple CMS, ensuring fresh content is always available on the site. They can add photos and descriptions and also manage the website's text content from the store.
