The Client
We worked with the Churches Regional Commission and North East Christian Churches Together to create a website that could help deliver their mission that encompasses everything from Community Development, Housing, Employment and Regeneration to issues in relation to the proposed Regional Assembly.
The Task
As well as providing information about the many projects that CRC and NECCT are engaged in, the site offers a groupware solution that provides means of communication between the many churches and groups in the region.
There's a searchable directory, a notice board and a file upload/download library system to help disseminate information with an emphasis on encouraging visitors to register with the site and become involved.
The site is also built with accessibility in mind, using cascading style sheets for visual layout and only relative font sizes. All forms on this site use LABELS to associate words with form elements.
