Business Overview
CY Partners are a recruitment company that focus on specialist technical scientific personnel for the chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and related industries. They are a new company but with a combined experience in the industry totalling over ten years.
Problem
CY Partners needed a website to advertise their jobs online as well as establish themselves as a professional and trusted recruitment agency for thier sector.
Approach
After speaking with many different web design companies, CY partners chose us for our experience in designing websites for recruitment purposes.
After meeting with CY partners our designer produced a brand and identity they were pleased with. He then took this brand and designed a website that fit the industry feel very well.
Solution
Handing this design over to our developers, they were able to install our Job Board software into the design templates with a minimum amount of fuss.
Job Manager is a piece of job board software that allows the user, in this case CY Partners, to easily manage the jobs they want to post to their website. The job posts are customisable and they’re all searchable using a simple yet powerful search.
As well as searching for jobs, candidates can also register and submit their CV online. This allows CY Partners to gather details of potential candidates for future jobs.
Job Manager is a suite of easy to use management tools not just for jobs, but for job types, locations, salaries and contacts. Everything you might need to change on an ongoing basis is available in one easy to use control panel.
Our Job Manager software was installed with our Content Management System that gives CY Partners the functionality to change any of the content displayed on their website in a simple and easy to use manner.
